Course preview: BTT Bolt tightening module
Preview of BTT-B (Bolt tightening) including:
The first iteration of our BTT-B (Bolt tightening) module is ready. The course will be free until the end of development. We hope to get as much feedback as possible for further development. Create a new session in VR to check it out!
This course now includes:
- Electrical torqueing, hydraulic torqueing and hydraulic tensioning exercises.
- Mechanical aids familiarization (spring balancer) and relevant new posters.
- 1st ever use of our new Modular 3D set, and a new floor plan.
- New instructor feature.
- Everyone can see users in scenarios.
- Everyone can request help from instructor and they can respond to Help Requests resolving them.
- New Marker tool (gives user ability to draw on certain surfaces).
BTT Electrical model updates
We’re excited to announce several enhancements to the BTT Electrical model. Here’s what’s new:
- Added more arcade machines in Arcade Room.
- Electrical cabinet exercise has been modified so it is a sandbox exercise.
- Some of the component models have been replaced and improved with correct models and textures.
- Bug fixes and improvements.
BTT Hydraulic preview updates
We are in the development phase with BTT Hydraulic. As always, we would love your feedback and hope that you will enjoy the early access. Please check out the new training course and test its capabilities.
- Oil level exercise has been improved by adding cleaning oil stick step.
- Fixed Hydraulic simulation crash when using Needle valves.
- Bug fixes and improvements.
Core VTP Updates
- Monthly/yearly licenses: We are now supporting the new price models on our platform. This means that you, as a customer, can choose between a monthly and yearly subscription. Please reach out to your contact person if you want to change your current setup.
- Analytics: New analytics feature, which will track user session activity within the VTP app. Currently available analytics views on dashboard:
- Course summary view: Provides a summary of user session activity for a specific course. It includes the total count of user sessions and the average duration of each session.
- User view: Provides detailed analytics on the user’s session participation, including when the activity occurred and the duration of each session.
- Course view: You’ll find all sessions associated with a specific course.
- Some app added features:
- New animated hands, holding the VR controller, able to show PPE worn in 3 layers.
- “Return to start” feature, respawning players if they click a button in the menu.
- “Quick menu” feature, where users can look at their wrists for some shortcuts.
- “Show step” feature to the quick menu.
- “Documentation sheet” feature, where users can select multiple-choice options.
- Added player speech and mute indicators.

BTT Mechanical model updates
We’re excited to announce several enhancements to the BTT Mechanical preview. Here’s what’s new:
- Addition of one more station for the Dial Gauge exercise.
- Improved responsiveness of the dial gauge to movements of the pin.
- Introduction of a pump fail animation.
- Minor visual enhancements and bug fixes.
Additionally, we’re proud to announce that this course now supports 8 languages for static texts within the scene, including posters and action instructions.
These translations, facilitated by DeepL AI tool, are available in English, German, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish. While we’re still in the testing phase for the translation feature, your feedback is essential. Please reach out to your customer success team with any feedback or corrections you may have.
